The lovely young couple live in London and Henry took Emily to a very sophisticated Sushi Restaurant, called Nobu. Henry proposed to Emily on their anniversary and surprised her with Champagne and of course a ring!
Both Henry and Emily had always dreamed of a grand County House to suit their friends and family. ‘St Audries Park won the wedding venue of the year 2013 and the video of the venue was amazing, so we just had to view it’. Henry really loved our stunning deer park ‘it reminded me of Richmond Park’ but for Emily she adored our beautiful Victorian Orangery and loved our Disco room!
‘My first step into wedding planning was finding the perfect venue and my dress, I wanted the dress to plan my theme around it’ Emily choose a beautiful fishtail, lace dress which was her biggest splurge!
Emily’s top wedding tip ‘hunt around, but when you find what you’re looking for, go for it’
Emily loved blush pink and anything neutral based, her theme was classic yet delightful! The wedding cake, wedding favours, cravat, flowers and bridesmaid dresses were all blush pink which really complimented the venue.
Emily had her sister and best friend as her bridesmaid and sent them card saying ‘will you be my bridesmaid’ along with matching jewellery to wear on the day. Henry had four groomsman who were friends from school.
After the Ceremony, Emily and Henry decided to have a dove release which gave the day something really special, an intimate moment for the Bride and Groom to demonstrate their love with the ultimate symbol of love! ‘After the dove release the cocktails were flowing, the sun was out and we are out on the garden lawn, it was just perfect’
Emily and Henry went on a mini moon in Charlton House Spa where they pampered themselves in preparation of the main event – Safari!
