A big thank you for going the extra mile over the weekend to enable all of us to really enjoy a memorable time.
Also many thanks to Courtney for being there! Always available when needed and we were very happy with the logistics and the way the timings during the day unfolded. We have already received numerous compliments regarding the venue from many family and friends who were in attendance. One small feedback point, more soft drinks available in the Orangery when mulled cider, prosecco, canapes were being served would have been good. Perhaps we should have flagged that there were a few more guests that preferred water or orange juice but there seemed to be a reluctance to source any additional soft drink at the time.
Super venue with great staff, one of our guests lost a ring during the evening but it was found by one of your staff and returned to us on the Sunday morning, a real relief for our guest-great honesty and integrity from your employee.
