St Audries Park celebrated Valentine’s day in style by hosting a dinner for our past and present Bride and Grooms. Couples had the choice of dining in a private room or in the Great Hall sitting by the open log fire. Several anniversaries were being celebrated as well as Valentine’s day and a special birthday!
The mood was set with candles adorning the house as well as candles in hurricane vases on the tables. Ladies were given red roses and the gentlemen had chocolates.
Chef and his team produced- as always- their fantastic mouth watering dishes which everyone enjoyed (see feedback below!) Top of the bill for the main course was beef Wellington – succulent fillet of beef wrapped in a light pastry, served with seasonal vegetables and our famous cauliflower cheese. Our most popular wedding day desserts also featured – chocolate fudge brownie and lemon tart, crafted by our very talented Sous Chef.
Tracey and Stephen celebrated their 1st Wedding Anniversary and also stayed overnight and enjoyed a full English Breakfast the following morning.
Tracey and Stephen wrote: “We had a perfect evening last night celebrating our 1st Anniversary (8th Feb 2012) and Valentine’s day. Janette and the team spoilt us rotten and gave us the VIP treatment and we had out of this world food. We are still in awe of the venue and it was a night to cherish. To be able to come back to St Audries and to remember our wedding day was fantastic. We cannot speak highly enough of your venue and staff and would recommend it to everyone. You can guarantee that we will be back on many occasions and as we could not top our 1 st Anniversary celebration anywhere else, we will have to come back each year to savor the finesse and wow factor of St Audries Park. Dawn and Duncan celebrated their 5th Wedding Anniversary
Dawn and Duncan wrote: “Thank you for such a lovely valentines evening. The place is just as perfect as when we got married there 5 years ago, brought back many happy memories and the food was amazing ♥”
Michelle and Andy celebrated their 4th Wedding Anniversary
Michelle and Andy wrote: “Thank you for a wonderful evening, the food was amazing, house looked beautiful and the staff were great. It was so lovely to be able to come back after 4 years. Can’t wait to come back again! Michelle & Andy”
So as you can see a fabulous evening was had by all!
