We employ our own in-house chefs who source the best local ingredients to create a memorable three-course meal. Our banqueting team makes sure that everything runs seamlessly for an exceptional wedding dining experience. Discreet and attentive, the St Audries team is on hand throughout the meal and speeches to ensure you and your guests have everything you need.
The lovely setting complements the food. Large windows, a mirror and chandeliers give our Banqueting Hall a bright and airy feel. Whether you’re hosting 30 or 130 people, we can style this adaptable space to suit your guest list. The top table sits in the curve of the sash windows, and you can choose from a bespoke half-moon table that seats ten and a more intimate sweetheart table for two.
We’ve chosen simple and neutral decor that’s easily dressed with your own palette or theme. There’s an ever-growing collection of dining room styling to choose from, such as the stunning Gold Package with its gleaming cutlery and gold-rimmed glasses. Our team will take you through the selection of sash colours for the Chiaveri chairs as well as our collection of stand-out centrepieces.
