Follow the winding drive, through gently wooded parkland, where the Quantock Hills and Somerset coast provide the most beautiful backdrop. The tower of the Gothic-style manor house soon comes into view, surrounded by pretty gardens. Could there be a more romantic setting for your country house wedding?

The Victorian Orangery with its light-filled aisle is an elegant space for your wedding ceremony, while the nineteenth-century house features gracefully proportioned rooms with lofty ceilings and large windows. The traditional Great Hall makes a unique reception and party space, and for your wedding breakfast, take a seat in the bright and airy Banqueting Hall. Our attentive team will make sure you and your guests have everything you need.

Outside, the terrace and formal gardens provide the perfect locations for outside ceremonies, perfectly framed by landscaped grounds where herds have grazed for centuries in the tranquil deer park. On the edge of the 100-acre estate, the parish church of St Etheldreda’s offers an alternative venue if you’d like a Christian marriage ceremony.

You’ll also find a choice of charming cottages scattered around the grounds, offering comfortable and convenient accommodation for you and your guests. There are 14 guest rooms inside the house itself, including the stunning Honeymoon Suite.

We can honestly say we had one of the best days of our lives! From the first online enquiry to our big day, the staff were amazing, helpful, reassuring and informative, special mention and thank you to Janette and Aly. We absolutely loved our wedding day at St Audries Park, it was even more magical than we ever could have expected. The staff were exceptional, they did everything for us leading up to the wedding and on the day they made sure the whole day ran smoothly. We didn’t have to worry about anything. Oh my. Where do I start... What an amazing day! The venue was perfect and was so easy to decorate because it is already beautiful! Courtney our wedding planner made the big day stress free, she was just amazing and lovely. The packages they offer are great value for money for what you get! Service from all the staff was spot on! Food was lovely, shame there was so much, it for wasted? Everyone was full! Rooms were... Wow... They were great. We stayed in the Main House. Breakfast was lovely. Not one bad thing to say! It goes without saying our wedding manager Aly made our wedding day flawless.

I may even go as far as saying she might have made the storm go away and the sun come out for us!! She was much organised, so many guests have commented on how seamless the day was and how she was going round the tables making sure everyone had exactly what they ordered and asking if they needed anything. Not only that, dealing with all the suppliers coming in on the morning of our wedding and running around like a headless chicken so I didn’t have to think about a single thing other than getting myself ready! We were so blessed with an amazing venue, amazing photographer and weather!! Thank you guys for making our day just the best one of our lives.

Our lovely wedding planner, Aly Claydon-Mills, was so helpful.

She really did help ever so much and went far beyond any expectations we had. Nothing was too much trouble. Aly ensured that the day ran to schedule so at no point did the wedding party have to think or worry about the time. She was close by for any queries and made sure our guests were happy at all times. The service we received at St Audries Park felt very special from individually checking in the guests into their rooms to ensuring drinks were always topped up. All the staff were very attentive.

Our wedding co-ordinator Claire did an amazing job and everyone was very impressed with her organisation. She was very welcoming and polite to everyone and made everything go very smoothly.

Liz was very attentive on our wedding day and always there when we needed her! All of the staff are so lovely and very professional. There was a lovely lady and gentleman in the bar who were exceptionally great but unfortunately cannot remember their names. As soon as I got engaged I knew I wanted to get married at St Audries Park, there was no doubt about it. Jade was extremely helpful with sending me further details and helping me find the right date. I went to view the venue just over a week after getting engaged and I knew as soon as I got there that it was the only venue I wanted to view. We got married here on Saturday 23rd June 2018, and like many others we had the most perfect day! From the minute we arrived to view the venue in August 2017 we have been so well looked after and 100% feeling the love, Claire - we love you! She looked after us so very well even down to the minute we left the house on Sunday morning. The entire St Audries Team are the best! Definitely a 5* venue

My husband and I got married at St Audries Park in September and had the most perfect wedding day! From the second we arrived we received such a warm welcome from everyone at the venue and were made to feel like royalty. The food was delicious, the staff were exceptional (particularly our wedding planner, Becci) and the setting was spectacular. From the moment I walked into St. Audries I knew there was no other venue for us... it felt like a home away from home and offered us everything we had been looking for without compromise. Beautiful setting, amazing food, accommodation the night before and the night of the wedding... and it was just our friends and family. The staff, Aly in particular, couldn't have been more accommodating in helping us plan a wedding in the space of four months!! With so much included in our package, it really made the organisation and day run smoothly. Our guests haven't stopped saying 'It was the best day EVER' and we wouldn't change a thing. The Orangery took our breath away, it was beautiful.

Claire, our Personal Wedding Manager was just amazing and she did everything to make sure that our day was just perfect! The Orangery took our breath away, it was beautiful. The cornfields at the back were the biggest surprise of the day too. Everyone watching the sunset there is a gorgeous memory and I never thought that my favourite photo from my wedding day would be in a cornfield!

We got married on 23 08 18 it was amazing, we stayed the night before (21 of us) we woke up and moved to the bridal dressing room of which our make up artist Hannah Hoskin-Love and hair dresser Naomi Smith was preparing for our makeovers. The moment we pulled into the driveway we were completely blown away!

We met Jade the Sales Manager and she completely blew us away! She was friendly, wanted to know about us – took the time to understand what we were looking for, and even invited us for coffee! All our questions that we’d prepared were answered from our very first visit, we felt completely at ease & knew that we’d be well looked after. The moment we pulled into the driveway we were completely blown away! The grounds were absolutely stunning, & the Main House is just beautiful. We knew from the minute that we walked in that it was the perfect venue for us.

St Audries Park was just the perfect setting, everyone enjoyed themselves, there was plenty of space for everyone and everything that we wanted, the grounds outside made for beautiful pictures and the orangery was perfect for the ceremony. And Nick’s absolute favourite part was the Party Room and by the end of the night I think it was mine too, and quite a few of the guests’ Our Wedding Manager Liz was brilliant and made sure everything was perfect for us. We even had members of the bridal party and guests come up to us to say how wonderful she was and how helpful.

Just for you: an exclusive-use wedding venue

St Audries Park will be yours and yours alone. As an exclusive-use wedding venue, the house and grounds are reserved for you and your guests for the day (or days) of your wedding. You’re free to explore the beautiful country estate, while the expert in-house team is there to take care of everything you need.

You can use the beautiful rooms as you choose, from the traditional Great Hall to the cosy old library. For the ceremony, the elegant Orangery, with the sunlight streaming through its many windows, is the perfect indoor-outdoor option, whilst two outdoor ceremony locations, and the estate church mean there is something for everyone.

With the choice of two eveninig reception spaces, both with fully stocked bars and dance floors, your evening entertainment is guaranteed – we even have our own DJ who’ll help you plan your playlist.

There are several lovely outside areas for drinks, dancing and displays, and you can choose from our menu of outdoor games and entertainments. From fireworks to food stalls, we offer a charming selection of extras to personalise your party.

If one day isn’t enough, you can book St Audries Park for a multi-day wedding or arrange a celebratory pre-wedding 'Party at Peregrine', in the estate's former-School House. With overnight accommodation for up to 100 guests, it’s easy to bring everyone together at St Audries.
